Do not order at Christmas time!
Ordered Pandora ring 12/9/19 and it still had not been processed on 12/17/19 for shipment which means I can't get by Christmas. My granddaughter only Christmas present from me.
Cancelled order.
Will order from Amazon! Company cannot handle volume.
Watch/ credit review
I got approved for a 1600 watch made all the payments and received a receipt stating I owed a past due payment when the payment person sent me an invoice and said nothing is past due. Rude billing persons can't wait to pay this watch off never again rude customer service.

PEPSI CAN
Wanted to buy 2 Tag watches. The Jeweler said they after market and said it was like putting a pepsi can on the face of the watch. Finally decide to look on the internet to see if they could order.
Waited 5 days called and was told they had just called them this am to tell them they couldn't order.
How ironic.HIS COMMENT WAS RUDE TOTAL WOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO 5000.00 FOR 2 WATCHES. NEVER AGAIN
Excellent customer service
I purchased a Tudor Black Bay 41 about a week ago and after 3 days the clasp froze up and was very difficult to open. I brought this issue to Matt's attention at the Galleria store and agreed to bring it in so that it could be looked at and possibly adjusted.
After leaving the watch I heard back that same evening and was told that the clasp was in fact defective and instead of sending the watch off for a warranty issue to Tudor Matt agreed to order a new watch and have it over nighted to the store.
I went in on Friday had the new watch sized to my wrist and was impressed with the attention to my issues followed with a quick plan of action to resolve it. Thank you Matt for quickly handling the issue for me I will be a customer again in the future.

Rip off
Paid $1200 for two rings. No goods.
Flatirons Crossing store in Colorado. Salesperson June. We have a receipt. They keep stalling saying they are working on it.
Now they are saying another 4-6 weeks. It has already been five weeks and they keep pushing the delivery date back. I think they lost the jewelry. Don't buy anything from them.
They won't make good on it. Biggest issue was the rings were to be made for my daughters from their father's ring. He passed away.
Now they don't have his ring and they don't have the rings they paid for. How heartless and rotten is that.
Don’t order anything
I ordered a ring over a week ago and it still hasn’t processed. But you better believe they charged my credit card.
And their customer service is never open even though I have called during “customer service hours”. It’s a joke ![]()
Fake diamonds
I recently went to have my ring assessed for the possibility of selling it and was told that the diamonds were not reading as real. Would like to know why, considering we paid for real ones?
The WORST Customer Service
I always had a positive experience with Bem Bridge until today. From the moment i walked in the words from 1 of the workers which was rudely said told me they were with an appt and they had diamonds so it would be awhile.
I could not understand why there were 2 employees both working with the appt. and no one else to service the customers. The other customer in there was waiting 10 min before i came in and all she wanted was to pay her bill. A mother and her daughters walked in after me and waited a bit for help but decided to walk out due to NO SERVICE.
I asked the sales lady if there was anyone else to help and she was irritated that i interrupted her sale she told me i could leave and come back later. Another employee came from the back room and the other customer asked him if he would be able to assist us and he said no he dealt with the watches only. I told him how funny that it takes 2 to help the appt and no one else to service the customers. He looked over at the employees and rolled his eyes.
Finally, one of the employees came to help so i told her that they need someone else to help if the workers will be helping someone. Teresa(employee) stopped with her money maker customers, put her hand up to me and told me to leave the store. That they don't have to service anyone they don't want to. She also claimed i was being treathening, which i was not, even the other customer looked like Teresa was crazy.
She told me if i didn't leave she would have me removed by security. The other worker, Justice, did not want to give me her name, why? Probably, cause they both handled themselves poorly and definitely not in the way Ben Bridge commits themselves too! This happened at the Galleria mall in Henderson, NV.
I was there at the mall to get my wedding ring serviced. I live 1/2hr from this mall cause this is the only Ben Bridge in the LV/Henderson area. I felt like i was not important, racially judgemented, and of course, not financially up to standard cause i was not looking like a HUGE commission for the employees. This was the WORST customer service i ever experienced.
I walked out sat across from the store only to then watch Teresa help her appt and Justice help the customers who walked in. Now...i think that's how its suppose to be. Very, very UPSET!!!
I called Corporate Customer Service and left a message since they were closed. Sad to say, it's not over yet.
Sold me a poorly engineered bracelet that quickly broke and they never cared to fix it.
So I bought a bracelet which turned up to have a hollow core but with very thin walls. That could work if the bracelet core was round - would hold against some pressure, knocks etc.
But this one had a core made like a thin ellipsis, which combined with the thin wall caused bends, so the bracelet broke into three pieces in no time. Went back there - "cannot help you, you out of warranty". Asked to have somebody to call me as I want to discuss their manufacturing process failure - "sure the manager will call you". Never got the call.
Out of warranty or NOT - if I am to prove their craftsmanship sucks, they should act honorable. They didn't even give it a chance.

Ben Bridge - Ring Review
Bought a ring for my wife for Christmas and it did not fit. She went to return it and was told that they would send a check for the refund within 21 days because we had paid with a debit card, which is like cash.
They could not refund the card directly, because it was not policy. After Kathy who is the manager at the Columbia Center Mall location, called Steve, the VP and was told that they could give us 200 dollars cash back but the rest would be a check, we called customer service and was told that they would expedite our refund...which means 7 days instead of 21 days. The frustrating part is that when he purchased the ring no one told him of the policy of paying with debit or cash, or else he would have paid with a credit card, and no where in the store is posted. They do post their other return policies but not this one.
Lori the customer service rep I spoke to did let me know that it was printed on the bottom of the receipt, which is ironic because you have already purchased the item so there is nothing you can do about it at that point, except get a check in 21 days.
What business now and days can not do a return to a debit card? It seems that customer service is not top on the list for them, but the extra money they save on accepting cash/debit and not paying the credit card transaction fees, and then holding your money and making interest on you payment works well for their business, just not the customers.
Short Review on October&nbs-04:00;29,&nbs-04:00;2016
Just wanted to say I had a very good experience with Ben Bridge Jewelers and my item was shipped and in my hands in 3 days with no problems at all.
Earrings Review from Seattle, Washington
I bought a pair of earrings on December 28, 2015 that was worth about $2100. The seller informed me that I should receive my certificate for the diamonds in about two weeks.
About 3 months had gone by and I still hadn't received my certificate. I decided to call them to inquire. Again the person that I spoke to inform me that I will get it in about two weeks. Another 2.5 months had gone by and I did not receive any certificate.
This time I called them up, was very frustrated and told them how bad their service is. They told me they will look into it and call me back. When they called back, they did not tell me why this misshapen had happened nor did they ever apologize to me. The seller on the phone did not sound like she wanted to listen to me, kept reassuring me once again that the certificate will be here next Monday.
Then she wanted to end the conversation with me. We hung up so I called them again. This time I just wanted to speak to the same agent in asking her how i will receive my certificate next week. Instead this agent came on the phone then she passed the phone to another agent without letting me know.
This new agent came on the phone, did not introduce who she is and started spoking to me in Vietnamse (she assumed that I understand Vietnamse), asking if I would like the certificate to be mailed or picked up in person. Again this lady also didn't apologize for any inconvenience.
In conclusion, I would never ever recommend Ben bridge jeweler to anyone. Their agents were unprofessional and so rude in treating me.
Service is absolutely bad because it took me almost 5 months to get my certificate and that i had to fight for my certificate.
As always it's easy to lose trust but it takes a lot to regain that trust. So basically I lost trust in Benbridge Jeweler and will tell my family and friends not to go there.
Ben Bridge - Rolex Yacht Master Review from Houston, Texas
Back in June 2014, I traded in my 36 mm Rolex watch for three other Rolex watches including Yacht Master blue sun ray dial. At that time they have 2 Yacht Master watches exactly the same but one of them has a scratch on the sandblast bezel.
So I took the one without the scratch and they sized my watch. I took it home and always put it in my safe and I rarely wear it because I also have other two Rolex sports watches. I really care about my watches because they are $9 k and up. So I decide to give this watch to my wife and we have to go Ben Bridge Memorial to size it for her.
After they resized the watch and we took it home and we did not pay attention to the bezel or the back case at the time we picked it up. After one day I start to realize there is a scratch mark on the bezel look exactly like the one they have before and a deep scratch and several chemical compound spots on the back case. I also believe that they put pressure on my watch to remove the bezel and that is why the back case was damaged. I said to my wife "wait a minute.
This scratch is like the one Ben Bridge had before." Then we come to the store and ask them about this and they denied or know nothing about it. I strongly believe that they did swap out my bezel because they can not sale the watch with the scratched bezel and this watch is worth $ 11550 before tax. This is unbelievable. They took my watch inside a room closed door at the back shop and you can not see what they are doing back there.
They have a certified Rolex watch maker in the back shop. They must have tools to remove the bezel while I have them to resize my watch. They also busted up all of the watch braclet pins / screw heads including the link itself while resize the watch. They are careless about customer watch after sold.
Very very bad service. These are brand new watches. I asked them to replace the pins and fix the bezel but they want to charges us money. Big business but very bad reputation.
Do not buy or have any servive from them. They will make more damages or scratch to your watch. They deserved to have the robbery at Galleria for what they did or cheat/ rob to other innocent people or they may have set up the robbery themselves to claim insurance. This is KARMA !
KARMA ! KARMA !
Customer service
I bought my husband a TAG watch at Galleria store in Houston. Few weeks later crown failed.. Went back to the store and requested a new watch or to fix the crown… After almost 3 months of the arguments and request that we pay $250 and unreturned calls it was fixed for free, but $1900 watch was returned in filthy condition, they did not even bother to clean it… Now the crown failed again and we went through the exact same cycle of having a conversation with incredibly rude watch maker (extremely unprofessional!!!!) and the ‘I will try to help you’ store manager Joe Perez who did nothing. Once again watch was returned in dirty conditions… Store manager mentioned that they don’t do Anything under warranty (this includes cleaning the watch) unless customers ask?? Complete BS. They should offer to clean the watch as it is under the warranty, rather than keep it a secret and try to get away with any extra work.
My husband has another tag watch for 6 years and is always careful when it comes to his expensive watches and he never ever had any issues with crown as he touches it twice a year only, when the clocks change!
Extremely disappointed, never go to ben Bridge again and will never recommend to anyone.
Bad customer service.
Ben Bridge- Quality Control
I purchased a beautiful heart shaped ring and quickly realized that there was something wrong with one of the prongs. After being told I couldn't return it because it had been worn, I pointed out that I bought it to wear it and I'm denying that I wore it.
If something is of quality, the prong should not snap within a week of owning the ring. At that point, I was allowed to exchange it for a ring of the same or higher value. I decided to get the same ring with a garnet. I really truly love this ring.
I wore it for a week and a half before the stone fell out. The stone was there when I parked my car at work, I walked into the building, dropped my lunch in the fridge, and got to my desk 7 minutes later, sat down and the stone was gone. The prongs look fine. Once again, something of quality shouldn't have this happen.
I am returning it today. So we will see if they let me return it or say I have to exchange it. At this point, I question the quality of the jewelry and don't feel I should have to exchange it because I wore it.
I think after a month, two rings, one broken prong, one missing stone, I should be allowed to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. (Which makes me sad because I love this ring!)

I just had my Ben Bridges triple tiffany diamond ring appraised and was shocked to hear the diamonds were fake. Just saw this post.
