Ben Bridge - Customer service
I bought my husband a TAG watch at Galleria store in Houston. Few weeks later crown failed.. Went back to the store and requested a new watch or to fix the crownโฆ After almost 3 months of the arguments and request that we pay $250 and unreturned calls it was fixed for free, but $1900 watch was returned in filthy condition, they did not even bother to clean itโฆ Now the crown failed again and we went through the exact same cycle of having a conversation with incredibly rude watch maker (extremely unprofessional!!!!) and the โI will try to help youโ store manager Joe Perez who did nothing. Once again watch was returned in dirty conditionsโฆ Store manager mentioned that they donโt do Anything under warranty (this includes cleaning the watch) unless customers ask?? Complete BS. They should offer to clean the watch as it is under the warranty, rather than keep it a secret and try to get away with any extra work.
My husband has another tag watch for 6 years and is always careful when it comes to his expensive watches and he never ever had any issues with crown as he touches it twice a year only, when the clocks change!
Extremely disappointed, never go to ben Bridge again and will never recommend to anyone.
Bad customer service.

I bought 2 rings and brought to Ben Bridge my 18K white gold ring to adjust to a size 4. I awk to get ring back that was cut and on the receipt saya get ring back in Memorial City Mall.
They called me and left a message saying we consolidated the ring
..this is back on my wedding in 2008. I have told everyone not to buy from these criminals in Houston TX.
They offer to reshape my size 4 ring to 8 but I know the thickness will not be there or quality. I am glad that store got robbed for they robbed me of my trust and money.
Yep you are absolutely right. They are worst for service n cheap on good customers.
Zero star rated for them. They cheated me 2 n lack of experience !
